The location
BistRo Aimo e Nadia reflects the taste and creativity of designer Rossana Orlandi, becoming an extension of her renowned Gallery adjacent to BistRo. This is where the furniture and artworks come from, vintage pieces skillfully combined with contemporary productions by both established and emerging designers, discovered by Rossana Orlandi herself. The interior is embellished with Etro Home’s exclusive prints, designed specifically for the venue, wallpapers, fabrics and upholstery, with patterns and prints giving a unique character to the spaces. From the room with the bar counter decorated with Jaime Hayon’s seating and deliberately ironic works, such as the window, a project by Anotherview, to the privée room with Piet Hein Eek’s recycled chairs.
The room with the open kitchen furnished with Deco-inspired chairs created by Nika Zupanc, Jacopo Foggini’s purple methacrylate chandelier, and the duo McCollin Bryan’s elegant brass sculpture. A playful and eclectic décor that gives BistRo a defining personality.
The BistRo imagined by the Aimo e Nadia Group and designer Rossana Orlandi is a welcoming place, an ancient and modern space. Inside the buildings that once housed workshops and artisans, there is a culinary and visual experience that will remain in the memory of anyone who loves beauty, taste and culture.
This is a beautiful project for us, an elegant and cozy space together, where we can eat and feel good at different times of the day.
