On January 31st, we had the honor of curating the dinner for the Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee, hosted in the evocative setting of the Pinacoteca di Brera, one of the most prestigious symbols of milanese culture.
The evening was attended by leading figures from the Olympic and institutional world, including the 10th President of the IOC, Kirsty Coventry; the President of the Lombardy Region, Attilio Fontana; the Mayor of Milan, Beppe Sala; the President of CONI, Giovanni Malagò; the Lombardy Regional Councillor Massimo Sertori; and Senator Licia Ronzulli, along with other guests and institutional representatives.
The event represented an important moment of conviviality ahead of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Games, whose opening ceremony is scheduled for February 6th. The evening was conceived as a celebration of art, history, and haute cuisine, placing Milan and its international spirit at the center.
The menu for the evening, curated by chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani of Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia, was created specifically for the occasion, reinterpreting milanese tradition through iconic dishes bearing the unmistakable signature of Aimo e Nadia Milan, a journey between memory and innovation.
