The companies of the “AIMO AND NADIA” group have all reached an important milestone, becoming the first group of companies in the High-end Catering and Cafeteria in Italy, who operate multiple restaurants in the city of Milan, to obtain the UNI/PdR 125 Gender Parity Certifications required by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP).

We have achieved this important result early and as a pioneer in the Catering and Cafeteria industry in Italy, and this further reinforces our commitment to a culture that embraces equity, inclusiveness and respect by taking concrete measures such as innovative methods of eliminating bias in staff selection, having no gender pay gap, implementing parental leave policies and promoting more women in leadership positions, along with public awareness programs that we are committed to supporting for cultural change in the Catering industry” – these are the words of our CEO, Stefania Moroni.
