Aimo e Nadia Milano Curates the Official Luncheon in Honor of the President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella at the Prefecture of Milan

On Monday, February 2, the Palace of the Prefecture of Milan hosted the official luncheon in honor of the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, on the occasion of his visit to Milan as part of the institutional engagements related to the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.

With great pride, Aimo e Nadia Milano had the honor of contributing to this distinguished occasion through a menu conceived and curated by chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani, of Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia. Each dish transformed cuisine into a narrative of Italian territories, traditions, and cultural heritage, combining elegance and precision in the selection of ingredients and pairings.

The luncheon menu offered a journey of culinary excellence:

Chef’s welcome

Etruscan Soup with Garfagnana spelt

Dentex with basil sauce and zucchini tarte tatin

Rice, saffron and chocolate

Aimo e Nadia Panettone

Each course was designed to highlight the quality of Italian products and to embody the harmony of flavors, attention to detail, and the philosophy of Aimo e Nadia Milano, where tradition and innovation meet in perfect balance. The luncheon represented not only a moment of haute cuisine, but also a gesture of institutional representation, capable of conveying the essence of Italy through taste.

For the Aimo e Nadia Milano Group, this experience stands as a tangible recognition of the trust and esteem placed in our work. Taking part in such a prestigious event reaffirms the role of cuisine as a vehicle of excellence and an ambassador of Italian values, a concrete testament to how passion, expertise, and cultural roots can be translated into an unparalleled act of representation.
