Within the development path of the Aimo e Nadia Milano Group, a strong focus on people represents a central and distinctive element. The enhancement of skills, internal growth, and the dialogue between different professional roles are integral to a vision that sees human capital as a key driver of the company’s evolution.
In this context, the professional journey of Francesco Priore takes shape. Today an accountant within the Aimo e Nadia Milano Group, he combines solid administrative expertise with a direct and practical understanding of the restaurant industry.
His career path began during his university years, when he first approached the sector working as a barman. What started as a necessity soon became a conscious choice, leading him to invest in his training and build a structured path in the hospitality world.
His professional growth continued at Signorvino, part of the Calzedonia Group, where over six years he developed cross-functional skills, eventually taking on roles of responsibility such as store manager and administrative lead, contributing to the opening and management of several locations between Milan and Verona.
A key step in his journey was his seven-year experience at Cantina Urbana, where he combined daily operations with an in-depth and ongoing focus on accounting and administrative matters. In this context, he strengthened his expertise by working closely with accountants and labor consultants, progressively shaping his profile towards a more managerial dimension.
His arrival at the Aimo e Nadia Milano Group in April 2025 represents a natural evolution of this path. A choice driven by the desire to contribute to a company recognized as a benchmark in Italian fine dining, capable of combining heritage, identity, and a contemporary vision.
In his role, Francesco oversees the accounting management of the Group’s companies, handling key activities such as invoicing, payment management, bank reconciliations, tax closings, and administrative support for the events department. His work sits at the core of operational flows, facilitating coordination between offices, restaurants, and external consultants.
To continue growing and expanding my perspective, in an environment where, despite my experience, I have the opportunity every day to learn something new and explore the many facets of the restaurant world.
Francesco Priore’s journey reflects an approach that the Aimo e Nadia Group consistently promotes: creating work environments where people can evolve, acquire new skills, and actively contribute to the company’s development.
In a context where gastronomic excellence and organization coexist, the value of administrative work becomes an integral part of the system, supporting growth and ensuring long-term stability.
Looking ahead, Francesco aims to further strengthen his contribution within the Group, deepening his knowledge of its various business areas and actively participating in a project that continues to evolve, placing people, skills, and vision at its core.
