On Monday 8 June, on the stage of the Identità Golose congress , a morning marked by two closely linked moments began: the tribute to Aimo Moroni and the awarding of the “Artigiano del Gusto” prize to chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani of Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia Milano .

The tribute to Aimo Moroni retraced his life with intense remembrance, portraying a chef who made a decisive contribution to the construction of a new Italian restaurant culture .
