1 Conditions of sale of services: “Voucher”

Through aimoenadia.com/en/shop/ the Customer can purchase experiences and services that provide for later fruition; for these, a receipt is issued to the Customer describing the service purchased and showing the identification code and expiration date. Vouchers and purchasable services have different conditions of use and validity. Below are the general conditions for the different types of services. The Customer is required to read the specific conditions of the service of interest before purchase. Given the nature of the services offered for sale, the actual conditions of use may vary and must in any case be agreed in advance with IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. at the time of booking.

1.1 Voucher

The purchase of vouchers provides for the advance payment of a service that the Client will be able to use over the course of one year, agreeing in advance on the timing and manner of the service with IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. The Client will be able to take advantage of the voucher exclusively following a reservation by phone or email through the official channels of Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia; Voce Aimo e Nadia or BistRo Aimo e Nadia. Following the purchase, the Customer can generate a personalized voucher that contains the following data: description of the service, identification code and expiration date, contact information for making the reservation, and short text that can be customized by the Customer. Under no circumstances does the purchase of a voucher correspond to a reservation.

1.1.1 Validity of Voucher

The voucher can be used from the second business day (Monday-Friday) after purchase. It will not be possible to use the voucher during the closing periods of Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia; Voce Aimo e Nadia and BistRo Aimo e Nadia Restaurants, owned by IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. The expiration of the validity of the voucher is indicated both on the order and on the voucher generated by the Customer through the website.

1.1.2 Method of using the Voucher

At the time of booking, the Client must obligatorily specify that he/she wants to use a voucher, and communicate its identification code. Failure to provide this information at the time of booking will not allow the Client to be able to use the voucher as a form of payment for the booked service, in which case IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. will require immediate payment of the bill. Reservations by email or phone: report voucher references when requesting availability. The number of Clients with vouchers accepted daily is limited; for this reason IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. reserve the right not to accept a reservation using vouchers, even if there are available seats.

1.2 Service: “One Day as a Chef” – Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia

Our chefs may devote limited time to performing services outside of normal business operations. For this reason, the timing and manner of services involving the presence of the chef must be agreed upon in advance by contacting IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L. by phone or email. We recommend booking these types of service well in advance to enable us to ensure an exclusive experience.

1.2.1 Publishing audiovisual materials

IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L. reserves the right to request the removal of audiovisual material recorded during “A DAY AS A CHEF” events, and published online, if in the sole discretion of the Company said material is deemed detrimental to the Company’s image and reputation, or contrary to our business policy, i.e. the laws protecting workers (see section 3.1 “End Customer”).

2 Order Fulfillment

IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse an order if payment is not successful. IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. reserves at its sole discretion the right not to fulfill orders.

3 Commercial Policy

3.1 “End Customer”

IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. has created and published the site aimoenadia.com/en/ with the purpose of offering a service exclusively for its Customers. Products for sale on the aimoenadia.com/en/shop/ website are intended for the End Customer. By “End Customer” (or End Consumer), IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. means an individual or legal entity acting for purposes unrelated to its entrepreneurial or professional activity, which is not limited to the resale of goods purchased on aimoenadia.com/en/shop/. In view of the commercial policy described above, IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. reserves the right not to process orders for goods whose use is not intended for the End Consumer, or orders that do not conform to the commercial policies described above.

3.2 Availability Items

The web page https://www.aimoenadia.com/en/shop/ provides Customers with information about the proposed Products and Services along with the possibility of purchasing them. Upon receipt of the order request, IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the Products or Services purchased, the validity of the payment transaction. In the event that for any reason the order can not be fulfilled, partially or totally, as requested by the Customer, IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. will promptly notify the Customer by providing for the new rescheduling of use.

3.3 Client Requirements

To place orders on aimoenadia.com, Customers must:

– Be the “End Customer” as defined in the previous paragraph.

– Be at least 18 years old.

– Possess the necessary qualifications to enter into legally binding contracts.

– Have a valid E-mail address.

4 Declination Of Responsibility

IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L. publishes information on its site in order to provide a service to its Customers. However, it disclaims any responsibility regarding the possibility of any technical or factual inaccuracies and/or typographical errors for which immediate correction is expected upon notification.
