1 Conditions of sale of services: “Gift Voucher”; “Chef for a Day”; “At home. A starred service”

Through the website aimoenadia.com/en/shop/ the Customer can purchase experiences and services for fruition at a later time; for these purchases the Customer receives a receipt that describes the service purchased and contains the identification code and the expiry date. There are various gift vouchers and services available for purchase and they have different conditions of use and validity. The following are the general conditions relating to the various types of service. The Customer must read the specific conditions of the service of interest before purchasing. Given the nature of the services offered for sale, the actual conditions of use may vary and must in any case be previously agreed with IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. at the time of booking.

1.1 Gift Vouchers

The purchase of gift vouchers provides for the advance payment of a service which the Customer can use within one year, agreeing timing and conditions in advance with IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. The Customer can make use of the voucher only booking through the official channels of IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. : telephone or email. After the purchase, the Customer can generate a personalized gift voucher that includes the following data: description of the service, identification code and expiry date, contacts for booking, a short text customizable by the Customer. The voucher is not transferable to others without prior verification and authorization by IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. , which reserves the right to refuse the use of the voucher by persons other than the customer or by whom and the customer has indicated as beneficiary of the voucher. The purchase of a voucher does not correspond in any case to a reservation.

1.1.1 Gift Vouchers validity

The voucher can be used from the second working day (Monday-Friday) after the purchase. It will not be possible to use the voucher during the closing periods of IL LUOGO The expiry date of the voucher is shown both on the order and on the gift voucher generated by the Customer through the website.

1.1.2 Conditions of use of Gift Vouchers

At the time of booking, the Customer must specify that he wants to use a voucher and communicate the identification code. Failure to provide this information when booking will not allow the customer to be able to use the voucher as a form of payment for the booked service; in this case LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. will require immediate payment of the bill. Reservations via email or telephone: communicate the references of the voucher at the time of request for availability. The number of bookings with vouchers accepted daily is limited; for this reason LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L. /AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. reserves the right to decline a booking using a voucher, even if there are places available.

1.2 Personalised Services: “Chef for a Day”; “At home. A starred service”

Our chefs can devote a limited time to services other than their normal daily duties. For this reason, the timing and methods of carrying out the services that require the presence of the chef, must be agreed in advance by contacting IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. by phone or email. We recommend you to book this type of service well in advance to allow us to guarantee an exclusive experience.

1.2.1 Publication of audiovisual materials

IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. reserves the right to request the removal of audiovisual material recorded during “CHEF FOR A DAY” or “AT HOME. A STARRED SERVICE ” events and published on the Internet, if at the discretion of the Company, said material is deemed to be detrimental to the image and reputation of the Company, or contrary to our commercial policy (see Section 3.1 “The Final Customer “).

2 Orders Handling

IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse an order in case the payment is not successful. IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L./AIMO E NADIA CONSULTING S.R.L./CENTEO S.R.L. reserves the right to not process orders at its sole discretion.
